Do I need a subscription?▼
No. Sessions OS is a one-time $43 purchase. The only recurring cost is your Claude API usage — typically $2–5/month for normal creative use, billed directly by Anthropic. We take nothing recurring.
What do I need to run it?▼
A Mac or PC, Node.js (free, 2 minutes to install), and a Claude API key from Anthropic (console.anthropic.com). The setup guide walks through every step in plain English. Most people are running in under 5 minutes.
Is my data private?▼
Yes. Sessions OS runs entirely on your local machine. Your projects, sessions, and files never touch our servers. The only external call is to Claude's API when you send a prompt — that's between you and Anthropic.
Do I need to know how to code?▼
No. Setup is two Terminal commands and one file edit. The included SETUP.md explains every step in plain English. If you can follow instructions, you can run Sessions OS. And if you get stuck, we'll help.
Can I share it with classmates or instructors?▼
The demo page at sessionsos.app/demo.html is completely free and requires no setup or API key — share that link with anyone. For the full local version, each user would need their own purchase and their own Claude API key.
What's included in future updates?▼
